Laurens Devos, born August 15, 2000, in Malle, Belgium, alongside his twin sister Isabel, faced early challenges as a premature baby with rightsided hemiplegia due to oxygen deprivation at birth. His remarkable journey includes intense therapy, achieving milestones in mobility, and embracing a table tennis career.

Lauren’s dedication and success have fostered a new dream:
participating in both the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2028.
Embracing limitations as a source of strength, I stand as an example for the Underdog on the path to success, proving that when you embrace your constraints and draw strength from them, no challenge is unreachable.
